hello@tryps.ca. All payments are non-refundable and non-transferable.
If the trip is canceled due to low participation, payments are refundable or transferable depending on your preference. For uncontrollable circumstances (e.g. border closures or another crazy pandemic), payments are non-refundable but transferable for up to 12 months.
